The café in the bakery is nice, but I think it lacks the atmosphere in this place – additionally, the service could at least bring the ordered drinks to the table, as it's such a small space.

The bread is good, but BEWARE because mainly a Ukrainian who serves is CHEATING terribly, charging more than should be paid, and when you point it out, he apologizes widely, but how many people do not notice? Others either give too few rolls or cheat. One must be vigilant!

Besides the young girls, who are always pushed to serve customers, the rest of the staff seems to be there as a punishment. The assortment used to be better, now all the rolls taste similar, like some chemical taste, I don't know how many leavening agents they add, but this is certainly not high-quality bread. Huge minus for changing the size and weight of rolls - they are mostly getting smaller and more expensive. I understand that something needs to be saved on, but for me it's shameful. The most important thing is healthy eating and product quality. I'm against it.

Quick coffee and a roll worth recommending!

We bought marzipan croissants twice and they were very tasty. Brownie cupcakes with fruit filling were fluffy and juicy. The small pizza with chicken was also fine. There were many people inside. You can have a coffee at a table. Quite a nice place.

Terrible, rude service. We entered on Saturday a few minutes before closing. At one point, the saleswoman told the customers in line that the clock was late (not true!) and another lady approached the door and started to chase away the customers. Of course, without any apologies, without welcoming, without a smile. It only lacked a stick in her hand. I can't comment on the products because I wasn't able to purchase anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Several ladies working at the counter, and only one serves and rings up. Something seems wrong!!! Especially since there are two stations. It should go like clockwork. The ladies have trouble handing things over, it goes as slow as molasses. Too bad, because it's a nice place and a lot of people go through.....

The assortment is like in any of their bakeries, the place is nice but unfortunately the service is terrible.... There is no comparison with the ladies at ul. Kraszewskiego/Słowackiego... Three stars only for the decor.

I have been a regular customer since the opening of the place. Some time ago, an old salad was sold to my girlfriend, who later returned it after work - the product was replaced with a new one (she didn't have the receipt then). Today she bought bread and éclairs - unfortunately the éclairs were old and inedible - we went to return them and unfortunately they were not exchanged for fresh ones, nor was our money refunded - they expected a receipt from us. The lady in the shop even showed us the delivery document for the products to the store dated for today, which had chocolate éclairs and not caramel ones, which also indicates that the product was not fresh - the employee didn't read properly that it was chocolate therefore she showed us the list.

A nice place where you can sit down, eat a good sandwich, hot roll, drink delicious coffee, friendly and helpful service, I recommend
