This is a temple, and behind the counter stands the priest of delicious baked goods!nnThere’s no stiff formality here, no pretension – just ease, distance, and an authentic passion for baking. The baker (Marcin) has an approach more like a jazz improviser than a mathematician weighing yeast to the microgram. I reach for the bread – the crispy crust cracks with a pleasant snap, and inside? The crumb is light as the morning mist over Dębina, elastic, springy, with a smell that evokes memories of old bakeries. Eating this bread makes me feel that life makes sense.nnSchnecks? Of course, and they are amazing! Fluffy, generously filled, and delicious, well worth the big bites.nnAnd you know what? If every bakery had this much ease and heart, the world would be a much better place. Bravo, although I come here just for the bread, and that is beautiful.

A unique place, a unique baker. An artist. I recommend. Bread from the heart. You walk in and you will never forget this place. And the smell, and the donuts on Fat Thursday are the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

The pastries were tasty, that's a fact. Unfortunately, the rye bread inside was like a sticky, underbaked dough sticking to the knife and fingers. What a pity.
