Breads are baked only on sourdough. They smell wonderful and taste just as good. We once kept a loaf for a week (we forgot to take it with us on a trip) - upon our return (kept in a paper bag and bread bin), it was indeed dry, but did not mold, it did not smell stale, it was edible, and most importantly, it retained its flavor! You can reserve bread and pick it up later. Very friendly owners.
This is how bread should be. My favorite is Vermont. Most disappears in moments after bringing it home, eaten without any additions.
If you want to remind yourself of the taste of childhood bread, you have to visit this place and the price doesn’t matter. The best bakery, I recommend it.
The bakery always maintains the highest level; I have never been disappointed! 5 stars for taste and creativity.

The country bread on sourdough is amazing - fresh and still warm, it tastes excellent. Vermont bread and sourdough bread with seeds are also among our favorite baked goods from this new bakery, run with great commitment and knowledge of the baking profession. The Land of Bread is now a must-stop on daily shopping routes. Highly recommend!
